Moshie Solomon received his B.A. cum laude from Brandeis
University and his J.D. from Fordham University School of
Law. He began his career as a bankruptcy attorney at
Gazes LLC, and was most recently a partner and principal
of Solomon & Scheidt LLP.
His practice concentrates on bankruptcy, civil litigation and
general corporate matters. He has represented individuals,
corporations, landlords, and government entities. Mr.
Solomon has also represented bankruptcy trustees in chapter
7 and chapter 11 bankruptcy cases.
He is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and
the New York City Bar Association, where he serves on the
Committee on Professional and Judicial Ethics.
Mr. Solomon is admitted to practice in New York and New
Jersey, the United States District Courts for the Southern and
Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey,
and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second
Circuit.
